Spring 2012

After a busy Christmas season,  January was a time for rest, and relaxation in Mexico.  We returned to a favorite, the Riu Jalisco in Nuevo Vallarta. I love the colours and decor of  the resort – very inspiring.  This is time to create new designs, and plan our summer shows. We will be at the Mothers’ Day Paint-In at Royal Roads, Victoria. We’ve planned for more shows through May – Sept, and  locations and dates  will be in the “Calendar” upon acceptance. I love painting glass, but I’ve also had the opportunity to paint tiles for a home on Saltspring Island.  After purchasing a heron vase at the Coquitlam Christmas Fair, I was asked to paint these tiles for their new home.
